Hello, I just
wanted to update you that I have taken 2 bottles (2 months worth) of
capsules so far. It is so easy! I just take one pill with each meal (3
pills per day), so I always remember! I already went from 30 inches around
to 32 1/2 inches. Thank you for making an herbal supplement that is all
